ZillowVERIFIEDWell my situation was a little different and Soozie was fantastic. Our connection was that she was the agent for the seller, who happened to be my ex-wife and ex-mother-in-law. But we had a deal set between us and Soozie helped navigate us through the process. She treated it just like a normal deal and did the full work and she truly was fantastic. She helped connect us with local people if we needed anything, inspections, etc. She was able to move things along smoothly and was always there to answer questions that would arise. I can't really say that Soozie has exceptional Negotiation Skills, but from what I learned over the deal, I would say she does. I would gladly work with Soozie in the future.
