Susan Webb

REAL ESTATE BROKER Susan Webb has been a resident of Hendricks County for over 30 years where she has managed her real estate business, Homes&Homesites, Inc. Susan has more than 30 years' experience in new home construction, residential and commercial sales, personalized relocation assistance, first time homebuyer assistance, property management and new community development. In 2002, Susan earned the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and is a Real Estate Broker. In 2005, Homes&Homesites received the Treat People Better Award for businesses for spearheading a food drive to benefit Hendricks County food pantries. In addition to selling real estate, in 2007 Susan became a certified property manager and was named a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Cheryl Niemeier, has been a resident of Hendricks County for over 15 years and received her Indiana Real Estate Broker's license in 2015. As a new agent she is excited to learn more about the business and hone her skills. Susan and Cheryl are passionate about giving back to their local community. Both have been longtime members of Tri Kappa, a State-wide philanthropic organization with chapters in many Indiana towns and cities, that promotes charity, culture and education. In 2006 Susan and Cheryl played a key role in establishing the charter chapter of Avon Tri Kappa. Susan and Cheryl have served in many Tri Kappa leadership roles including President, Vice President and have served on many committees. Susan led the Avon Chapter in creating scholarships for Washington Township High School Seniors. These scholarships are in place to support the educational aspirations of future leaders going on to higher education. In addition, the Avon Chapter provides financial support to a number of community organizations and events. In 2019, Susan and her husband Russell Webb, Jr. celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. Together, they have four grown children and two grandchildren that all reside in and around central Indiana. Cheryl and her husband, Jeff Niemeier have been residents of Avon since 2002 and have 3 grown children and one grandson.
