Her recommendations were candid, intelligent, and in turn the final result (2 sales) BOTH exceeded our performance expectations. So....what happens when you listen to her? Our first prop sold in under a week...and it was challenging for a number of reasons...The second one was off the market in an HOUR, and went ABOVE our asking price.
