This is my second time working with Sue and I would absolutely work with her again and again. The average person knows little to nothing about buying or selling a home. Even if you have bought or sold a house before there is SO much involved in the process that it makes your head spin trying to keep up. From day 1 of meeting and working with Sue she NEVER made me feel stupid for asking a question or not knowing or understanding something (we had a realtor in the past that didn't listen to anything we said and made us feel like we were in way over our head and never going to be able to buy a house). In my opinion Sue goes above and beyond from the second you contact her. She keeps in touch with you every step of the way and randomly checks in to make sure you are actually doing what needs to be done. If there were times that we couldn't meet with someone due to other life obligations she would step in every time to be there in our place (within reason of course). As a wrap up, if you are on the fence about a realtor to go with because you don't understand the process (that was us, lost and confused).. know that with Sue you will be well taken care of and you will genuinely feel like your best interests are her number one priority!

We also lived 2.5hrs away and Sue was always available to take care of the small tasks saving us hrs or driving back and forth.
