ZillowVERIFIEDUnfortunately I used Susan because a local photographer said she moved a lot of properties. She lists a lot of trailers, apparently, but this wasnt a trailer. It was a property in the $300k price range. She consistently didnt step up for anything a listing agent should, even though I had already paid for professional photos and handed her a professionally written listing description. Any time she should have recommended a local service person (electrician, HVAC) she instead made me find one and supervise repairs myself. She just coasts along. The buyers agent was a friend of hers and she consistently prioritized her needs over mine, which was incredibly unprofessional. They bungled things so badly the closing was delayed at the very last minute and repairs still had to be done a week later. She should have paid for the repair at that point. She didnt. Find yourself a professional agent and save yourself the headaches.
