Although she received her Real Estate License in 2023, Susan started with real estate in the late 1980s and 90s purchasing wooded lots and had 2 homes built in newly developed areas in Northeast Florida. She was extremely involved in the construction process and is always very detailed with any document including contracts, design and proposals. She sold her last home on her own. Therefore she knows the importance of having a realtor by your side. Susan has traveled to 15 countries and 49 of the 50 states so is an excellent communicator with diverse populations of people. She is also calm, extremely patient and professional. Susan has a family history in construction. She also has 20 years background in the environmental field.
