She was able to give concrete examples on what we could and should do to ensure the home showed to it's potential. She was able to offer recommendations for service staff to help support improvement needs. She spent time using a professional photographer to get pictures that generated rapid interest in the home and we sold within 4 days of hitting the multi-list. As for purchasing, Susan helped develop a daily electronic review of all new homes that met my criteria so we rapidly knew what was coming on the market and were within my new home desires. She was always ready to go see potential homes and then helped me each step of the way when we found the new home that was perfect for me. Due to some HOA processes that were new to both of us, she was quick to learn what needed to be done to ensure the sale went smoothly.
