As a full time agent for 14 years I have gathered a great deal of knowledge about our real estate market. I have sold $3000 houses to $600,000 houses. All clients are of equal importance to me, no matter what their price point. I truly enjoy working with people and assisting them with their needs. Everyone needs a competent Broker who cares for them like family and that is the way I treat my clients. Each experience and transaction has prepared me for my next client and challenge. I am always learning and striving to pursue knowledge about the industry, client expectations, negotiating, real estate trends, staging, listing, selling, and all things that support my real estate practice.
