Not that that is a common thing to do, but she literally went the extra mile(s) to get the cabin off a 5 mile dirt road. She staged it for us and held an open house. We sold the cabin remarkably quickly. We appreciate her professionalism and her kind willingness to assist us on a sale that wasn't set to make her a large commission (the cabin is rather rustic and the price was low in comparison to the usual prices in Orange County). She put herself out for her love of our rural community. I have to believe that she would do an outstanding job for anyone else, be it a small home in need of help, or a beautiful estate home.

They are hundreds of little tasks that goes into selling a house. Many of them you dont even realize that are going on because its in the background.
