Susan Piazza is a stellar realtor! She helped us sell our Off-the Grid cabin in the Cleveland National Forest. Not that that is a common thing to do, but she literally went the extra mile(s) to get the cabin off a 5 mile dirt road. She staged it for us and held an open house. We sold the cabin remarkably quickly. We appreciate her professionalism and her kind willingness to assist us on a sale that wasn't set to make her a large commission (the cabin is rather rustic and the price was low in comparison to the usual prices in Orange County). To be honest, in the past I thought real estate agents commissions were too big based on the work they do. I was very wrong. They are hundreds of little tasks that goes into selling a house.
