Susan Pellegrini: I am blessed to have achieved over 35 years of success as a Realtor, and have now formed our family team with my son, Tony, my husband, Marco, and Realtor Hall of Fame winner, Karen DeGeorge. I began my real estate career in 1984 in Seattle. After graduating from the University of Washington, I began working as an interior designer. I regularly was asked to recommended furnishings & upgrades that would assist with the sale of a home. Eventually, this led to me deciding that I should also sell the actual home as well! After many years in the business, I have been described as innovative, fun to be around, tenacious, driven, and extremely knowledgeable about market conditions. I came to Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty after having worked for 17 years for Windermere Real Estate in both Seattle and here in Arizona. Along with being an Associate Broker, I have earned a number of additional professional certifications, including CRS, QSC(R) (Quality Service Certified) and CDPE(R), or Certified Distressed Property Expert. Karen DeGeorge: I began my real estate career in 2001 just a few years after moving to Fountain Hills. Since finding this great town I have strived to be involved with our fantastic community along with my husband, Steve, who manages his own business outside of the Real Estate industry. Steve and I were regularly visiting open houses as I just always had such a passion for real estate and design, which lead my decision to become a Realtor. Throughout my 17 years in this town and industry, I have consistently strived to be a pioneer and skilled negotiator. I always put my clients first and treat every sale with the highest level of professionalism. My core business has been referral based due to positive experiences my past clients have received. Throughout my 17 years at Coldwell Banker I was consistently ranked as the #1 company agent and received numerous awards throughout my time there, including the the coveted Coldwell Banker Lifetime Hall of Fame recognition. In 2018 I came to a decision to partner with Susan Pellegrini who has consistently been the #1 agent in Fountain Hills. I simultaneously joined Russ Lyon | Sotheby's International Realty and have been extremely impressed by the level of service and exposure I can now provide to my listings.
