Blair was top notch with communication and relaying information. Every time I contacted her; she got back to me in a timely manner answering my questions. Many homes I asked Blair about were not her listings. Blair reached out to the realtors who did have the listing, and from there, provided the information needed. Multiple realtors never bothered to return my calls on homes I was interested in, even if there was an open house that week. Therefore, I had to contact Blair to get my answers. Whether it was through emails or phone calls, Blair was right there to respond. We had concerns about some homes, such as flood zones, permits for extensions, oil tanks buried or needing to be removed, tenants, and so on. Blair investigated and reported her findings.
