Blair was top notch with communication and relaying information. Every time I contacted her; she got back to me in a timely manner answering my questions. Many homes I asked Blair about were not her listings. Blair reached out to the realtors who did have the listing, and from there, provided the information needed. Multiple realtors never bothered to return my calls on homes I was interested in, even if there was an open house that week. Therefore, I had to contact Blair to get my answers. Whether it was through emails or phone calls, Blair was right there to respond. We had concerns about some homes, such as flood zones, permits for extensions, oil tanks buried or needing to be removed, tenants, and so on. Blair investigated and reported her findings. The process of closing could be daunting, but Blair kept tabs with every step of the way. We depended on her experience and as usual, she came through. Blair partnered with us thought out this lengthy process. Highly recommended!

Shelly was a dream to work with! First time home buyers- after spending over a year checking Zillow every day we finally found a house we could see ourselves in. Shelly is amazing! My fiancA(C)e and I started to look into buying a house and we fell in love with the first home that we saw. We were referred to Shelly by our friends and right away we knew we made the right choice. Shelly took care of setting up the appointment and we were able to secure the first viewing. Shelly was extremely knowledgable in Morris County which is where we where the house was located, she was able to talk about the town, restaurants, things to do, etc. We then viewed the home with Shelly and she made us feel very comfortable. After the viewing, we decided to put in an offer and Shelly made this very easy for us, we got the offer out the same day! A few days later, we could not believe it, we got the house! During the closing process Shelly made it very easy and painless for us, and gave us some great recommendations on loan companies and inspectors to use. It was a breeze.
