Sarah was our hero during the home buying process. Me and my partner were first time home buyers and also fairly new to the New Jersey area. We started looking in early 2022 and for those familiar, you know this was a WILD time to be trying to get into real estate. She was patient with us as we didnt really know what we were looking for in the beginning, but she was always excited and available to go with us to open houses and appointments. As we started bidding on houses, she never put any pressure on us, always was straightforward, gave us the facts about how many bids there were, and was realistic with us about the state of the market we were in (competitive). We lost a few bids, but with her guidance, we didnt have any regrets because we felt we offered what we could afford and what felt right for the property. When our current house came onto the market, it was a bit over budget for us, but we put in an offer anyway to see if we could negotiate with the seller. The negotiations were intense, but Sarah never lost her cool and the seller ultimately worked with us on the price. During inspection, we had some disagreements with the seller, and Sarah was basically my part time therapist as we navigated the choppy waters getting to closing. Ive talked to other people who say buying a house is really hard, and I guess I had no idea how hard it would be until we were in the thick of it. But with Sarah as our realtor, we had a lot of laughs through the ups and downs, and ultimately, we got our dream house for the price we wanted to pay. I cant say enough good things about Sarah, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone buying a home.
