Ms. Montanti is a consummate realty professional, well versed, intuitive, down to earth, and most importantly, considerate and caring. She was always flexible from a scheduling standpoint when showing my wife and I potential homes in the North Monmouth area. It was our first time buying a home coming out of the world of renting for 8 years, and we were on a markedly tight budget; she worked with diligence until we found a home that was within our price range and met all the needs we had. Now we are proud owners of a three bedroom home in Hazlet with a wonderful backyard that our three year old loves to play in!! Buyer & Seller Beware...She signed us up, but right after that, it went downhill. She wasn't even going to be at our 1st open house. Her assistant came. That should have told me to get out, but I didn't. She was never there. She knew we were leaving, and she agreed to represent us too . She is inconsiderate, unprofessional, rude, above all arrogant, and stuck up. She will not go out of her way at all. Always complains every time to ask her to please do the job you were hired for. She is condescending , and downright rude, and nasty. She has no referrals to offer you if you need an electrician, plumber, landscaper, etc. Your basically on your own. She will not go out of her way for you. Horrible experience. Dishonest realtor, Buyer and Seller BEWARE. She's only out for herself, not anyone else. And she's a great fabulous liar.. Wouldn't recommend her to a dog......Never did her job, always had to text her, and she was never available. Complained about contractors coming to house, big inconvenience to her. Not her job to babysit them. All she did is complain. And a huge disappointment to us. Disgusted with her and her company. If I could give her no stars I would. Worst realtor ever.
