We recently closed on a property but at the last minute before closing a few items came up that could have been an issue. Gary was very nice in showing me several properties that I wanted to see. He provided information about the Plantation Lakes community and came to a Lennar home several times, however, we did not sign a Buyer agency agreement. He did not negotiate anything because Lennar is a take it or leave Company. He was there for final walkthrough but didn't look at anything. I had to point out a couple of issues. I was not told that I needed to blue tape things that needed to be corrected until the final walk through.
