Susan and Grant Miller are true masters of their field. I used them twice, first to purchase my home and then a few years later to sell it. Let me say from the start, I am not always the easiest person to work with and have very high expectations. The Miller Team and their staff continually exceeded even my highest expectations. Buying and selling a home is a very stressful experience. I initially purchased my home while I lived in a different state. I later had to sell my home when I lived in yet another state. They made the entire experience not just less stressful but made me calm. They addressed my stress points perfectly and sometimes creatively. We met with Susan of the Miller Team after receiving a mailed flier with their information. After speaking with a few other realtors we appreciated how straightforward she was and how quick she was to pull a plan together to not only get the most for our home but make the transition as easy as possible for us. We were moving out of state and Susan took care of everything for us. She was always on top of anything that needed to be addressed and made sure everything ran as smooth as possible every step of the way. She really went above and beyond to check on our house after we left the state and make sure we knew everything little detail of what was happening was sent to us. She even went so far as to have our lawn mowed for closing which made it feel extra special to me as it was hard for us to leave this house but it will now be a great home for someone else and all thanks to Susan and her team!

Susan, and the entire Miller Team did a fantastic job from the beginning of the process to the end and all throughout. Everything was very well-organized and professional. She is extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, thorough, patient, and the list goes on! Her expertise was incredibly valuable! She made us feel like a priority from start to finish. Susan kept us informed every step of the way and was in control and was on top of everything. She made the process simple for us. Susan sold our home during a very difficult time, very few homes available (low inventory) with numerous buyers looking for homes, collecting and deciphering numerous offers for us.
