Susan is incredible!She has helped my wife and I find our dream home in Niceville while we were still living in Spain. I am Active duty Air Force and her experience as a military spouse instantly created a bond since she understood the challenges that we have to work through while relocating. She was extremely attentive to our requests and needs and kept us up to date on all of the available listings that fell into our price range. When we identified any listing that we were even remotely interested in, she would gather as much information as possible and schedule viewings. She conducted virtual walk-throughs over video chat and was very thorough making sure every inch of the property was viewed and scrutinized.When we found the house that we wanted to make an offer on, she acted very quickly on our behalf to make sure we had the best opportunity to make our home-owning dream a reality. As first time homebuyers, there was a lot of new terminology and processes that were very foreign to us, but Susan took the time to explain what was expected of us and what to expect from the lender, Title Company, and seller. She assisted us in building a strong offer while also keeping us financially sound, overall leading us to winning a multiple offer situation.Susan helped us work with the lender and Title Company to be able to work through not just a remote closing with a Power of Attorney, but also through unprecedented challenges that Covid-19 has presented. We were able to work with a Remote Online Notary service to be able to meet the closing date and locking us in to a better rate.We were also delayed in being able to move to Florida and enjoying our new home. During those two months, Susan periodically checked up on the house to make sure everything continued to be in good working order. When we were finally able to physically arrive to our residence, she even made sure it was just as presentable as the day we officially closed on it.Ultimately, Susan was just simply amazing throughout the entire process. She never rushed us into a decision and always made sure that we entirely understood what was happening and if there was anything that was expected from our end. There are not enough superlatives to describe how appreciative we are to have her in our corner. We would love to work with Susan again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is in need of assistance or guidance during the home-buying or selling process!Thank you, Susan!

Susan got us closed on the perfect house in just three weeks!
