About Susan Massaway

First, I want to thank you for taking your time to read about me and my team. I have been in real estate since 1996. My team and I have experience helping over 1,500 families buying or selling their homes. Just like your doctor's office, your dentist office or your favorite restaurant, they all use a team to make sure their customer is satisfied. For our sellers, we stage their home for free, market their listing on all the top websites, make a video, and use a feedback software notify our sellers about a showing and also to let them know how the showing went. For our buyers, we offer our "Free Notification System" at no charge or obligation, which emails them as soon as a home enters our MLS (multiple listing service) that meets all their criteria. We also offer a Free Loan Finder Service to help them shop for the lowest mortgage rate and closing costs saving thousands of dollars. Over 70-80% of our business each year comes from our past/present clients, friends, and family. Our philosophy has always been to give "outrageously great service" to our customers so they will be happy to introduce us their friends, co-workers, and family - not because they feel obligated, but because they know they can depend on the quality of our service. Our team truly enjoys giving back to the community. After every closing we make a donation in our client's name to their special non-profit organization.

Listed and sold Mom's home. She passed and left equally to 6 children. I was POA to help ease the process.(I am one of the 6 children) This was a challenge as every person had a say and few had the same opinion. To add to this we had to put in new septic system and well according to new health dept laws. Susan helped with personal conflict between the 6 of us and eased the health Dept processes. I'm not sure it would have happened as quickly and smoothly had she not been our realator.
