Sue has helped us a lot over the last 3 years. We met her in 2018 when we were thinking of selling. Instead of pushing us to list, she talked to us about the current market, the pros and cons of listing at the time and told us that she would be available to help. We decided to wait, but she still showed us some homes when we wanted, without any obligation, or push for us to make an offer in the following years. In March of 2021, we were ready to buy and sell. She helped us find the home that we purchased in April. She then helped us list and sell our home in May. She worked very hard in both transactions to make sure that we got what we wanted, and were protected. Sue is a no-nonsense agent, and will do whatever she can to help. We highly recommend her, as she is professional, helpful, and will walk you through every step of the way. My wife and I met Sue back in 2017 when we were interested in buying a home. She must have taken us to see 30 homes in our search and never once complained about us not being able to make up our minds.
