My wife and I were selling our home, planning for a long distance move. We met with Marian and Susan months ahead of time, and received some outstanding advice to get our home ready to sell. As the selling date drew closer, Marian and Susan gave us additional pointers to assist in our home sale. We made an offer on our new home, and Susan got right to work to make sure all was in order for our sale. It was a challenging time, due to COVID-19, but her guidance and support were outstanding. Marian also shared her wisdom as we negotiated through home inspections, and final agreements. She was quite helpful.
