This year I decided to buy my first home and she sent me lots of homes based off of my personal preferences and budget, and took so much time out her days and sometimes nights showing me house after house. She helped teach me what I should be looking out for when buying a home. She sent me detailed videos explaining processes and things that I should expect before and after I buy my home. All of the houses we looked at were being sold out underneath us because of the impossibly competitive market this year, and right when I was about to give up and try again next year, Molly pulled strings for me and found me an off market home where I didnt have to worry about the buyer competition. Today we signed all of our papers and have the keys to our new home thanks to Molly! I know whenever I decide to sell and look for another home, Molly will be my go to.

ZillowVERIFIEDI called about a property b/c I was looking to lease in October. I was told that it would be available in August and it could held in till October w/ approval and deposit. So I scheduled a showing w/ Bethany she did not apologize when she arrived 30 minutes late. When she arrive she had disgusted look on her face and struggled when answering questions about the property. When we were showed the property they had a cat the was not caged and it was disgusting. I over looked it b/c it was a nice place and probably just the wrong people living there. When we left I asked about another propertys and she hesitated before answering and said the properties werent available. I felt like she was giving us the run around b/c they were still posted as available Zillow. So I had my husband call about the same property they still werent available but he scheduled a showing for a different property. He wasnt able to go so I went. The young man that WAS on time, was actually decent. Although he did not ask to wear a mask before I entered the property, which I intended to do. I just had my 3 year old w/ me and got distracted and simply forgot. But when we got inside & upstairs he insisted on explains to me about the city wide mask ordinance. Where he told me that me & my daughter are required to where a mask. He also proceeded to tell me that we must wear it in the cars too or we will be fined $500. Very UNTRUE. I asked again about the same propertys again, they said they werent available. But they are still posted as available! Besides all of this we still decided to call about the property we first saw to try to apply for it so get it in October. Lady on the phone then told us we could not hold the place in till October that we could only hold it for a few week after its available in August! Which is the complete opposite of what we were told & only reason we scheduled a showing in the first place! At this point I feel like they were giving us the rundown and do not want to rent to us b/c we are minorities. Or they have VERY unprofessional, poorly trained about the propertys. They are either lying, dont know what theyre talking about. Either way I do not recommend! Horrible service & made me feel like I was being Stereotyped
