Researched local realtors prior to making a choice and Susan was ranked highest. Although circumstances beyond the control of Susan did not allow the house to be sold, she was exceptional to work with. Her knowledge of necessary improvements, comparison to other homes on the market at time of listing, availability, obvious dedication to seller, and utmost character was beyond compare. I had to rate the negotiation category to submit this review but have nothing to base that information on BUT... based on everything else involved with Susan, she has no flaws in her profession and believe that category would follow suite.
