The team at Bespoke Homes at Keller Williams Realty is truly second to none. Susan, Shannon, and their entire team were critical to the success of both the sale of our existing home, and the purchase of our dream home. We met in February of 2024 for a consultation and her team walked us through the entire process of both selling our existing home and purchasing a new home. They were very detail oriented and had fantastic market knowledge that was incredibly beneficial. My family had stringent criteria and a small radius where we were looking as we wanted to stay within the school district for our children. Susan showed us multiple homes that fit, and when we finally found our dream home, she came up with a unique strategy to assure us of the winning offer. Susan helped us deal with our anxiety and her calm and confident demeanor was appreciated throughout the entire process. She was truly an amazing listener and very much cared about our wants and needs. Then, we needed to list and sell our existing home during an off season (fall!) She had multiple recommendations for contractors including cleaners, painters, photographers, and stagers who were all critical to the successful listing of our home. We were presented with EIGHT offers ALL above asking price. We were overjoyed with the results, and she helped explain the pros and cons to each offer. Selling your first family home can be an extremely emotional process, and that was not lost or disregarded along our journey. Theres a lot of noise in the real estate industry about commissions and listing without an agent representative to save some money. Susan and her team were transparent about the entire compensation structure of both the sale / purchase of our homes. We are certain that we would have lost out on our dream house and not received comparable offers on our existing home without her representation.
