We had a wonderful experience with Laura Helker! She went above and beyond for our family prior to even getting the ball officially rolling on our house hunt. We moved across states and she found us realtor to work with in NC and in surrounding areas in New York. Unfortunately the other realtors didn't live up to Laura's excellence and we were lucky enough for her to help us seal the deal on our new home! She was knowledgeable and professional. With the state of the current housing market Bespoke Homes was a fantastic team to work with. They helped alleviate all of our worry and stress. We worked with Taylor Presley whose knowledge and flexibility made the house searching process a breeze. From the first house we looked at she jumped in and immediately started looking under sinks and poking around the basement to make sure everything looked solid. If there was something odd my wife and I saw in any house Taylor either knew what it was or on the rare occasion she did not, she got answers for us quickly. It felt like we not only had someone who could answer our questions about the market and the houses we looked at, but someone who was also a part time home inspector. When it came to putting in offers and closing, Taylor continued to help us understand all the paperwork and different choices we had. Brittany Ricci also was great during the closing process and made sure we knew what to expect, what steps were coming up and any prudent measures we should take during closing. My wife and I felt very comfortable with the closing process thanks to Taylor and Brittany. At no point were we worried that something was being forgotten or that we were going to be let down somehow. I would highly recommend Bespoke Homes. You could tell that they take extra time and attention to thoroughly train their realtors to meet the fluctuating housing market. The team I worked with were very knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. I could not be more happy with the results!
