I found Susan by googling "one of the highest selling realtors in Somers Point." The price she suggested for listing our house was the same as the other realtors who wanted the job. I believe Susan worked hard showing our house and we had an offer in less than a month. She advised me when I questioned things about the offer and I respected her advice. There was a little glitch at the end right before closing, but closing day came and went and was uneventful!
