With over 30 years of licensed experience, she has been a highly successful listing and selling agent and has sold hundreds of homes. Before joining the team at EXIT Susan owned a property management company, where she and her staff managed hundreds of properties, all while remaining an active broker at her own real estate firm. Her vast experience on the Mississippi Coast gives her - and her clients - the advantage of knowing where the best kept secrets and hidden gems can be found. Susan has a level of expertise that will be beneficial to any customer, whether a seller or a buyer. She is eager to help you find your perfect home! On the personal side, Susan has been married to Charlie Foretich for 10 years and is the mother to three beautiful children and Nana to two boys and a sweet little girl. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, being at the beach, traveling, and reading. On Sundays during the fall, she can be found somewhere near a TV cheering on the New Orleans Saints as a proud member of the Who Dat Nation.
