We feel incredibly lucky that Zillow matched us up with Susan! She went above and beyond to make our first home buying experience the best it could possibly be. We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. We purchased our Texas home while still living in New Jersey. During the househunting phase, she gave us live video tours of various homes and was completely honest with what she saw (and smelled LOL). That was very important to us, considering we weren't there to walk through ourselves. When we were able to make a trip, Susan greeted us with a cute little gift bag and then spent the day giving us a tour of the different parts of Corpus. She showed us where to find the best food, beaches, etc. Her knowledge of the area was much appreciated! After the house closed, she put us in contact with electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors. Since we were still living in New Jersey, she even stopped by the house a couple of times to let them in so we could get quotes. She's more than a realtor; she's a friend! The first one we've made in Texas. :)
