I can't say enough about Susan Del Pozzo! On my first visit with her she took the time to answer my MANY MANY questions. Then she walked my house and we reviewed EVERYTHING that needed to be in done in order to make sure it was going to be a great showing - and boy was it a GREAT look! Susan was never out of reach at any time for any of my questions in which she would answer in an extremely timely manner. She was always in communication with me from the big things to the small things. When it was time for the photographers and videographers to come to my house and film, she came the day before and did a detailed overview of my house to be sure all was done as she asked. Then the next day when the photographer and videographer came to the house she was there again just to be sure everything was in the right place for a great presentation. THEN to top it off - from the time the pictures/videography was done she had it listed in less than 24 hours (and by the way she was putting on a birthday party for her husband at the same time). Within 12 hours of the house being listed, I had a showing AND offers were coming in! I couldn't ask for anything more from Susan! I will use her again and tell everyone I know about how FABULOUS a realtor she is!! THANK YOU SUSAN for all your hard work!

I shouldve dropped this Realtor a long time ago when I was falsely told I had to follow through on closing a home even though we were not approved for a conventional 30 year mortgage. We were approved for a FHA mortgage, even though that is not what was on our contract. This dishonest realtor was in cahoots with the mortgage, lender and pressured the young me to close on a house with a payment that we did not want by threatening that we would lose our earnest deposit. This was back in 2012, but the pain of losing money at the time still hurts. I should have reported her along with the mortgage lender a long time ago to the Arizona Department of real estate. Had a known what I know now I wouldve taken legal action. It was an easy win. I dont know what possessed me to recently text this realtor because I was considering a property in Desert Ridge, but I did. She tries to get me to sign an exclusive contract so she can get paid commission on any property. I potentially close in Maricopa county. How shady! She then proceeds to tell me not to sign any other contracts with other realtors. She thinks I'm not educated enough. Anyhow do not recommend! Do your due diligence and work with someone else. Plenty of ethical Realtors in Arizona.
