Our price range was pretty aEURoehotaEUR? and others had told us we would have to go much further out unless we bought a fixer upper or purchased something in a flood zone. When I spoke to Susie, she assured us we would find a house but it just may take some time. She put ZERO pressure on us but at certain points was transparent about the importance of quick responses where needed, but all was done in a mellow way that made us feel like she wasnt just in this for herself and that she really cared. We were able to make smart decisions because we were able to actually stop and think. Susie was also really trustworthy and guided us through every step of the process. She even gave us a time table and real estate basics walk through presentation which introduced us to her and also to this process. We felt really comfortable even buying during this time of the pandemic and low inventory because Susie kept reminding us she would find us a house. She helped us negotiate and we feel we paid a very fair price for our home thanks to Susie. I cant recommend her enough. A gem realtor and I am recommending her to all our friends.
