Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sue Barchik, and I am an Owner and Broker of Record for Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty, Inc. (C21CBR) In March of 2019, I will celebrate my 29th year as a REALTOR. Over the course of time, I have had the opportunity to own other companies, create Century 21 Covered Bridges Relocation Department, manage the Benton Satellite office of C21CBR, and currently participate in the management of both of our Company locations. Maya Angelou once said, "My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style." While working in, through, and with the real estate community, I think it is important to have passion for the profession and to continue to learn and improve my skills. I think it is of upmost importance to have compassion for my clientele and for the Sales Professionals who work for me. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person can make, and the role their salesperson plays in crucial. My role is to be a knowledgeable, professional and compassionate leader. Humor is essential. Sometimes, all I can do is laugh because a particular situation is so unbelievable!
