About Sunshine Collins

Sales Associate Sunshine was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan (and yes, that's her real name). She graduated from Oakland University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and an emphasis in Journalism. Her love for assisting people, coupled with her passion for capturing life's moments, has led her to several decades of success in freelance writing, customer service, marketing and sales throughout the country. Her professional endeavors brought her to Naples, Florida in 2010. In 2014 she joined the real estate industry as a Trainee Appraiser for the Sunshine State. After realizing her love for the industry, Sunshine is now a licensed agent and devoted to The Cory Lauer Group as she serves as a Realtor and in an Executive Assistant capacity. Her goal is to positively and purposefully impact the industry in major ways as she launches her real estate career. In addition to her fervent desire for success in real estate, Sunshine has been a Guest Teacher for Collier County Public Schools since 2011 and loves working with children. She also volunteers at Avow Hospice of Naples. Health and wellness, outdoor activities, animals and Detroit sports are a few of her favorite things and she loves her family and God.

Such a great experience! We sold our condo & bought a home thanks to Sunshine! Professional, & always there for us thru the process of buying & selling. She was very knowledgeable, & knows how to make everything work in the stressful times of finding the right home. Sunshine left nothing for us to worry about!!! We have never had such a wonderful realtor, was w/ us every step of the way. Needs to be more realtors like her. In such different times, being safe, due to Covid, I will always be grateful for Sunshine taking my concerns for my health seriously. I wont forget that. .

It was an awesome experience to working with Sunshine. She is very personable, extremely initiative and hard working, super achiever. During the process of selling my place, we had some issues that were inherited with the place and that I wasn't aware of. Time and again, I had to call Sunshine to discuss the situation, which wasn't easy by far considering the fact that I was overseas 7 hours ahead of FL time during the entire process. Sunshine was always available for a discussion to answer any of the questions that I had, and she always provided a clear answer and a solution to the situations that we had to tackle. I wouldn't have a second thought to call Sunshine if I needed a realtor to either sell or buy a place.
