During the process of selling my place, we had some issues that were inherited with the place and that I wasn't aware of. Time and again, I had to call Sunshine to discuss the situation, which wasn't easy by far considering the fact that I was overseas 7 hours ahead of FL time during the entire process. Sunshine was always available for a discussion to answer any of the questions that I had, and she always provided a clear answer and a solution to the situations that we had to tackle. I wouldn't have a second thought to call Sunshine if I needed a realtor to either sell or buy a place.
