In my first home buying experience ever, Sunny helped me navigate laws and rules in relation to the properties I was interested in. Things like mortgage assistance and HOA's which many real estate agents think are beneath them , Sunny will answer at any time of day he is available. Although I didn't actually end up buying a home due to career related issues, I have been staying in touch with him about the market itself and other questions that some real estate agents will only answer reluctantly.
