Buying a home is a stressful process. We were in the unfortunate situation of being first time home buyers, choosing a home in Tampa from overseas. As soon as we enlisted Sunny's help, I knew we had made an excellent choice. She gave honest advice on the many houses we sent to her. She did due diligence on all of them and even took us to see several houses on facetime. When we finally picked our house, she simplified the craziness of closing and helped to ease our fears by answering all of our questions. We couldn't be more pleased and thankful for all of her hard work throughout the process. She is a fantastic person and I wholly recommend her to anyone considering a home in the Tampa area.

Sunny is an absolute professional. I was living in Nevada and searching for a house in Florida, no easy task especially with COVID travel difficulties. Sunny made my experience stress free and easy. She is very responsive and timely with communication, which made seeing homes virtually so much easier. She was also able to navigate any hurdles for me throughout the bidding/closing process, which allowed me to focus on my move across the country.
