About Summer Davy

Born and raised in Kitsap County, I graduated from South Kitsap High School, Olympic Community College and Western Washington University. My family are residents of Kitsap County for 4 generations and I choose to raise my own children here because I believe it is a fantastic place to live and work. After college, my husband and I lived in downtown Seattle and briefly in Arizona but love this area so much we came back here to make it our home. Kitsap County offers something for everyone and I look forward to helping you find a home here too.

-SUMMER DAVY IS AWESOME! Summer has a calming presence and an effervescence thats hard to put into words. Her ability to listen and speak honestly, keeps you calm and gives you incredible piece of mind in what can feel like an overwhelming process, especially for first time buyers like ourselves. She was selfless in negotiation and went above and beyond for us when there was nothing in it for her. I could go on and on but Summer and her partner Steve Derrig are as good as it gets, point blank, period. They stuck with us for over 3 years while we went through the loan process and searched for what ended up being our dream home. They were incredibly patient and we couldnt feel luckier to have worked with them. If youre moving to or from Kitsap, theres really no other option, you have to call Summer and Steve because theyre simply the best.

Even though there were issues with the seller closing on time, Summer stuck with it and guided us through the problems. She kept us up to date and made pertinant recommendations that helped us get the best deal. She is just a genuinely nice person and a professional. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
