Her ability to listen and speak honestly, keeps you calm and gives you incredible piece of mind in what can feel like an overwhelming process, especially for first time buyers like ourselves. I could go on and on but Summer and her partner Steve Derrig are as good as it gets, point blank, period. They stuck with us for over 3 years while we went through the loan process and searched for what ended up being our dream home. They were incredibly patient and we couldnt feel luckier to have worked with them.
