We were moving to California from Utah, lucky for us we came across an open house that Sue and Erin were hosting. They were willing to help us and they werent even our agents. Needless to say I decided to hire them instead. Their kindness , and knowledge of the California market was amazing. They spent endless hours driving around to find the perfect home. Always being so positive that we would find the right house. On our last weekend that we came out they found us that perfect home. When we decided to sell what we thought would be our forever home to move out of state there was no doubt in our minds about selecting Sue and Erin to represent us with our real estate needs. It ended up being an extremely warm weekend for open house so they hired an ice cream cart for potential buyers to enjoy in the backyard :) Our home was marketed so well that we had multiple over asking offers within 3 days, were under contract within the first week, closed in 30 days a with a deal that allowed us to stay in the house for an additional 2 weeks rent free until our son finished out his baseball season.
