Sue knew the area and market well, and it seemed every realtor we asked her about knew her and made time for her. She did not push us to close unless the house was right for us, and she was patient with our (admittedly large) list of needs and wants.

Sue is a great realtor and I really appreciate her assistance in selling my home. We had a couple of showings within a day or two of listing and offers almost immediately - sold for $500 over list! I have known Sue since I bought my condo 15 years ago and was the only person I would call on for help with selling a house. She really understands the market and is very good at pricing a property so that it sells at a good price. She is always upbeat and positive and has a great sense of humor!
