Stuart is a great agent. Initially, I chose to work with Stuart because unlike my experience with many other brokers, Stuart told me his thoughts and opinions in a straightforward manner. As they say, what you see is what you get. But after spending so much time together, Stuart showed other great traits for a broker. It took us 4 years of house hunting before we finally closed on our home. We had 3 accepted offers and 2 contracts before closing. First, Stuart was patient and relentless working with us and scheduling showings and generally being available at all times. 4 years with alot of ups and downs and he stuck with us until finding a home we loved. Additionally, on more than one occasion, Stuart showed how relentless he was representing us in the negotiation with the seller. I even had the selling broker tell me in a walkthrough that Stuart was really persistent advocating for us and thats why the seller accepting our offer. I plan on using Stuart again when we sell our house and would not hesitate recommending him to anybody.
