Stone is 15 out of 10! He bent over backwards for us. When we found our dream land to build our forever home, we were hesitant to call him since it was Sunday morning. After deliberating whether we should, we called him and left a voicemail. We did not expect him to call back till later but he had called us back within 15 minutes. That is phenomenal service. We are so appreciative he did! He advised us he would gather more information on the property and help with an offer. He helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over any other one. He even contacted the sellers agent to let them know that he had an offer coming their way on Monday. Hows that for service? If I texted him a question or an update, he would often respond in 2 minutes or less. We had questions regarding Ag exemptions, rollback taxes and utilities which we were unfamiliar with. Stone went above and beyond to contact the county, city and utility company to provide us information. He explained it simply about the process and how things worked in a language we could understand. We will also be placing our current home for sale soon and asked if he would meet us to discuss. We did not provide him a timeline to sell but he went above and beyond and came to our house after work. We thought it would be a simple discussion, but he came prepared with printouts of comps, sales data history and market trends! His commitment is exceptional. His knowledge in Land and real estate markets in East Texas, DFW and other areas is phenomenal. When you choose to work with Stone Huffman (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) He will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere thats convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges and neighborhoods. After you finish, He will give you his opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. We felt like he has our best interest, and we are very comfortable with recommending him to friends and family. So many words come to mind about Stone. He is amazing, very knowledgeable, committed, punctual and most of all, easy to work with. Its so refreshing to find someone who still believes in a handshake who says what he will do and do what he says. We highly recommend Stone! He is our real estate agent for life!
