1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Hire a Realtor you can trust. If you don't know one, ask people around you at work, your family, especially people you care about, as they have a vested interest in your happiness
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
When you are interviewing a Realtor to sell your home, make sure you read recent testimonials, and even talk to some of them to confirm the caliber of Realtor you are considering hiring. If the Realtor does not want you to do that, then you should not hire them.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers and Sellers of Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Townhomes, and Investment Properties. I have worked extensively with buyers who find out about me through my dozens of online reviews as well.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
In 1995, after 13+ years working in the restaurant business. I wanted to help people at a "higher level", but not do something where I lose "who I really am".... Does that make sense. I really enjoy building relationships with people, it is one huge reason my clients are so agreeable to do reviews for me!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I spend a few days a month teaching classes for agents who are wanting to get their real estate license. I really enjoy that, as I get an opportunity to share real life stories, encourage them, and also challenge them to be good salespeople and especially good fiduciaries of their clients interests and money
