I'm Steven J. Thomas. I am a realtor and managing partner for Refind Realty. I started my career as a financial planner before moving into personal banking. I earned several Million Dollar Club awards and was ranked in the top 5 Small Business Specialists before I branched out in 2005 to start my own Financial Management Company. Since then I have worked as a senior financial planner as well as a workplace solutions VP for BBVA Compass. In May of 2014, I joined the team at Refind Realty and became one of the managing partners in mid-2015. I love the experience and excitement I get when I help others achieve their financial goals. For most Americans, owning a home is the most exciting purchase we make in life. To be an intricate part of that journey and how it changes lives is what I live for. From helping a family into their first home, to helping families sell their first home and upgrade to their dream home; we make the process as smooth and effortless as possible. We pride ourselves with communication and detail throughout the process. Education is the most important value we have a Refind Realty, and my background as a Financial Planner and Mortgage Lender helps me do more than just find you a home. We help with household budgets, credit repair, mortgage protection after the purchase, and exit strategies for sellers and investors. Both our sellers and buyers receive exceptional service.
