After spending 15 years as an Account Executive with IBM and Microsoft, Steven decided to turn in his employee badge in order to leverage his diverse background in internet technology to fill a void he saw in the residential real estate business. In 2009, Steven began his career in the real estate industry with the singular goal of reinventing the real estate experience. One that embraces the latest technology in order to provide innovative systems for their clients and all aspects of their agent's business. After completing its first year in business in 2014, Southerland Real Estate quickly grew to the Top 20% of Hampton Roads Real Estate Brokerages.
