Jesse went ABOVE and BEYOND x 1,000 for us! He had a terrific and well-researched pricing strategy, helped us position our property well (advised on which paint colors help vs harm a buyer's perception of the property), coached us in an aggressive price to test the waters, and was realistic in guiding us to lower our price once he had gotten good feedback from some open houses. We moved just after Thanksgiving -- so our home was on the market over the elections, COVID, the holidays -- and so Jesse and his team staffed open houses each weekend to make sure it got the exposure it needed, to move. We had one offer that wasn't great -- he helped us negotiate meaningfully -- and when their financing fell through, his efforts paid of with another, better offer. Though it took time to sell based on the market in Chicago, Jesse was optimistic and strategic throughout. A true partner. He also had great marketing -- it was fun to see our house keep showing up in his e-newsletters and on Instagram -- and went as far as shoveling our front walk and keeping an eye on our thermostat once we had moved.
