Steve is phenomenal! I originally used a website to find an agent to sell my house and he came up as the #1 agent. And now I know why! Steve didnt come up #1 by coincidence. Steve did everything he said he would. He didnt just list my house, he spent the necessary money to make sure that my listing had top placement on a multitude of sites. He paid a professional photographer to take pictures of my home and put 30 pictures on every site. Steve is aggressive and knows the ins and outs of the market and came up with a price and strategy that worked. Needless to say, my home sold quickly and for good money.
