Steven Pinza

Steven Pinza, Esq. is President of The Pinza Group, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (BRE #01867691) and a licensed California Attorney (CA Bar #293173). Steven is also the sole owner of over 120 apartment units in the East Bay. These credentials allow him to assist clients in more ways than the any other real estate broker in the Bay Area. These unmatched credentials has made Steven the top apartment sales broker in the East Bay (according to CoStar) in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Steven has already sold over 20 apartment buildings in 2020 and is on pace to sell over 50 apartment buildings for the seventh straight year. Steven received a scholarship to attend, and graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law with a JD and a certificate of specialization in Real Estate Law. Steven finished in the top 25% of his law class. Steven has a Major in Business Administration and a Minor in Political Science from the University of California at Riverside. Steven was the youngest member of the Board of Directors of the Rental Housing Owner's Association (RHO), and was a leader in RHO's Membership and Marketing Committee where he frequently wrote real estate related articles for the association's newsletter.
