Steven has been the least reliable real estate agent Ive encountered. He fabricates offers when none exist and provides inaccurate pricing information. His lack of transparency and honesty is deeply concerning. He is not trustworthy, does not keep his word, and consistently displays dishonest behavior. I strongly recommend avoiding him and his business instead working with an agent who values integrity, loyalty, and trustworthiness.

Gavin and Steven were great and easy to work with. They had great knowledge of the real estate market and the interesting climate we are in.
