Let me start by saying that my fiance and I were first time home buyers and obviously had a BILLION questions. When beginning our home buying journey, we interviewed several real estate agents to work with us. After a brief sit down with Paul, he was the easy choice. While house hunting Paul was extremely patient with all our questions and concerns and never made us feel as if we should know the answers. Paul quickly caught on to the type of home that we were looking for and did a great job of tailoring his showings accordingly. While we were searching for our dream home, Paul was extremely responsive in scheduling showings and making himself available even on very short notice. Paul was also able to recommend a lender, closing attorney, home warranty, inspection company, etc., all which were great to work with as well. When we finally found our dream house, Paul went to work for us and handled all the negotiations while being consultative with our every need/want along the way. Even after we went under contract, Paul still stayed engaged in every step and made sure we were well informed of action items and next steps. Steve and his team were fantastic. He was recommended by a neighbor. When initially contacted, we had some issues that needed cleaning up.
