Absolutely amazing. From beginning until end, Mr. Hargrove assisted my husband and I every step of the way. From early morning and late nights he graciously looked up listing after listing. No matter how many times we went to view homes, he remained patient, calm, and eager to assist. Steve is a great realtor. Hes very knowledgeable about all markets in the Hampton Roads area. I used him to help me acquire a second home and he constantly steered me in the right direction. When I hit a snafu with my financing, he swooped in and in less than 2 hours, he had me set up with a new lender. But for that, we wouldnt have been able to close. I plan on acquiring another property within the next year or so, and I will definitely use Steve for that purchase (and future purchases).
