Ive tried writing this review several times, but could not get beyond the first paragraph as there was just too much excellence to pack into a such a limited space. But, Ill give it a shot! July 29, on our first meeting Steven Betancurth of the Betancurth Real Estate Group, my wife and I were taken by his professionalism and down-to-earth personality as well as his commitment to servicing our needs. It is important to know, this was a contingency sale where we needed to sell our current home and purchase a new condo, both concurrently and an inherently stressful process. After Steven made his presentation and laid out the strategy as to how we were to go about the selling and purchasing of the properties, my wife and I felt much better about the process and confident that he would come through with all of his proposals. Soon afterwards, our property was listed and we had an open house that Sunday. The following Wednesday, we had four solid offers, all significantly above the asking price. Within the week, we went in to contract and a few weeks following that, the closing. Then came the purchasing of a condo for us. Again, Steven being at the top of his game, supplied us with numerous listings, always advising of the pros and cons of each the properties until we found exactly what we were looking for. His recommendations for the mortgage company, title company and the attorney for our closing were excellent, efficient and professional. They exceeded all of our expectations. From the first day we met Steven until our closing, the entire process took about 10 weeks! As an added bonus, we had tenants in the first floor of our home and Steven was able to quickly secure an apartment for them, during this transition. Throughout this process, Steven was immersed in all of the details of these multiple transactions and juggle them successfully. He demonstrated patience, empathy and respect. This made it a pleasure to work with him and his team, making it a positive experience! I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending the Betancurth Real Estate Group, with Steven at the helm, for all of your real estate sales needs!

I worked with Steve Betancurth to find a new place in Fort Lee. From the start he was extremely prompt and responsive. Within minutes he sent me several leads in my price range. He took me to tour all the units. Once I found the one I wanted, he hustled to get me through the lengthy application process for this COOP association. I only had a two week turn around.
