I had a time constriction and he was extremely conscious of when I needed to leave and made sure I saw everything in the home necessary in an efficient manner but also left plenty of time for questions and further inspection of things like the water heater/furnace/roof, etc... He was able to compile a CMA for me in a very short amount of time and was incredibly responsive and easy to reach whenever I needed.
