After my wife passed away unexpectedly in early July and then my daughter and her family relocated to Florida for my son-in-laws new job in late July I had a large home in the Mountain's Edge area of Las Vegas that needed to be prepared and put up for sale so I could find a smaller home. Corey and Jill at The Baird Group did a truly amazing job of helping me organize the prep and sale of my then current home as well as finding and getting me quickly into a wonderful new home in Henderson. They were efficient and flexible and helped me in every way from pricing recommendations on the old house to discussing the preparation that I should do on both the home I was selling and the one I was buying. And since Corey and had been instrumental in our buying our original home in Las Vegas in 2016 they were already familar with me and my family and they made the process very easy for us in what was a very difficult time. Jill as absolutely fabulous and tireless and when we purchased our home in 2016 and took my wife, who was more than a lttle "picky" to over 125 homes to help us find the perfect house for us. And this time around she and Corey really systematized my search for a new home and we did the vast majority of selection on the computer using screens that Corey set up for us. We had narrowed down over 250 homes to a "top 12" and Jill organized a visiting day and when we walked in to the 4th house on the list we just looked at each other and I sat down and knew that I was home. We had signed to look for the new home on September 6 and closed on the property on October 24th. Similarly with the sale on the Las Vegas Home we signed with Corey to sell it on November 18th and we closed the sale on December 24th so the new owners could move in before the end of the year. There was nothing more I could have asked of the Baird Group or Corey or Jill. They made a very difficult task easy and were my biggest supporters in getting a good deal and getting it done!
