1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Obtain a preapproval before you start looking for a home. This enables you to make offers and gives you the amount you should shop for.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Contact a reputable agent before you list your home on the market. Focus on the curb appeal and make a checklist of questions to ask at your listing appointment. Knowing what other homes in the area have sold for in the past 6 months and a reputable real estate agent will have access to this and market statistics for you market so you know what to expect going forward.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with residential buyer and sellers. I have worked with investors buying and selling duplexes and 4 plexes. I have experience with mobile home transactions as well as commercial properties as well. Some of my clients have built new construction and some have needed help with Luxury homes.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A recent transaction I was assisting a buyer with involved a client that was moving from California. The client did not have their home listed yet and was insisting on placing a offer here right away. I insisted the house be listed and go under contract before they place a offer on another house so I can coordinate the timeline for their closing date. All went well after they took my professional recommendation and I assisted them in coordinating the utility company and the moving company to ensure a smooth transition. I believe the biggest asset we have as Realtors is successful communication with Realtor to answer prompt questions right away to ensure a smooth transaction.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have always enjoyed helping people grow. I originally started in real estate from a few rental properties I purchased and learning how to effectively look at the sales and negotiate. It was later when I decided I should obtain my real estate license and become a full time realtor while still managing my properties.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have obtain a Seller representative specialist course so I can effectively negotiate on my clients behalf. I have also competed a course in negotiating effectively and military relocation course for all of my Veterans out there that relocate due to their job. I have completed a short sale/foreclosure course as well if time permits my client needs assistant with short selling thier home
