We are a husband and wife Real Estate Team selling for over 28 years. Our goal is to help our sellers get the maximum that the market can support for their property. We have lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 45 years, which makes it easy for us to sell everywhere. My husband Steve has extensive experience as a CPA with background in Business Law while I, Meriam used to be a Nurse Consultant and a former owner of a healthcare placement Agency or a Senior referral service. Steve and I have extensive experience in marketing and negotiation skills that work well with our Real Estate career that help our clients succeed in what they want and in the time they want in this shifted real estate market. Hobbies/Interest

We love to volunteer in the food bank and do some community service, visit nursing homes and deliver flowers to elderly with our children and grandchildren.

Family

We have 2 children. Our son works as a Director of Nursing, our daughter Maria works as a teacher, and we have 3 lovely grand daughters.Both are involved in volunteer work and sports.

Steve and Meriam Knoblaugh sold our house within 2 1/2 days. They came in at the first appointment with a strong knowledge of comps and gave us outstanding advice. We decided to list with Steve and Meriam during the pandemic of Covid-19. They provided booties, masks, and hand sanitizer before prospective buyers were to enter. Also, appointments were made the day before, making this the most relaxed sale of a home we have made. I would highly recommend Steve and Meriam Knoblaugh as strong realtors.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

NEVER buy without a representation.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

The market is so competitive. It helps very much to hire a very experienced Real estate Broker/Agent to represent you!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

We have worked with both buyers and sellers from selling or buying luxury mansions, multiplexes to condominiums.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

We listed 3 properties the beginning of 2022, the buyers on all 3 properties all waived everything (inspection, financing, appraisal and non refundable deposit), and did a 2 week close, made everybody happy, headache free transaction.. SOLD $140K-$169K more than list.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I was a Nurse Consultant in my past life with my own healthcare placement agency/referral service, my husband, Steve was an Accountant with background in business law. We have bought investment properties and sold, and since our children were growing up with us NOT having enough time for them, we decided to go into Real Estate. The selling of our investment properties made us open our eyes that we could help a ton of people enhance their lives in real estate and at the same time have some time with our children. We love helping people buy and sell real estate.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Yes! We have a wealth of experiences: Both Steve and I have been business owners with background of having excellent marketing and negotiation skills, and Steve's CPA and business law background is handy with legalities and numbers. We both have excellent people's skills. We are here to help enhance lives in Real Estate.
