Most agents mostly work with buyers...make sure your agent is a marketing specialist and actually lists more than just friends homes! Experience and lots of deals makes a difference. I have over 30 years

Professional investors, White collar, Blue collar, first time home buyers and commercial buyers and sellers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I put 100% of myself into every deal and treat everyone as I would my own family.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
In 1986 at 19 years old I started buying and selling real estate. The broker suggested that I get my license. I did and became his # 1 sales person specializing in listing and selling homes in the quickest time and for the most money!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes, in addition to 30 years and 1,000's of deals completed...I am also a paid real estate coach for agents all over the country. This gives me a very unique skill set and insight into our future market progression. I also have experience with short sales and foreclosures and a well trained attentive and licensed support staff.
